McDonald's in Sulzemoos

So I just have to write this review now. We often get food from this McDonalds because it's the only one around. ALWAYS, without exception ALWAYS something is missing from the order. You really have to check everything every time. The food usually fits. Today, however, my 2 double cheeseburgers were so old, cold and disgusting that I am now really forced to give such a negative rating. Pity...

Mega bad, I ordered a salad with extra tomatoes and what did I get, a salad without tomatoes and even paid something extra for it. I also had 2 Curly Fries where the packaging was not more than half full and there were a lot of chips inside and you pay 3.29 € :( unfortunately poor ... Next time I'll choose another MC Donalds restaurant if I should go again in the near future, which I doubt though.

I've known this McDonald's since it opened here and was actually always very satisfied. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated massively in recent years. Wrong and missing products are unfortunately now standard, completely displaced and crooked burgers, the staff is mostly unfriendly and they don't wear a mask in the kitchen either. In addition, the staff does not seem to have been adequately trained in online orders and simply cannot cope with it. I just can't recommend this McDonald's any more. Maybe something will change in the future if you address such problems. What a shame!

One chicken nuget too little ... Save on sauce with the burger

So, the branch in Sulzemoos is really a hit. Here the customer does not get a "hello, no request and no thanks either." When asked that an "additional item (glass)" has been ordered and is also on the bill, the answer is: it's out, there's no more. As a customer, Sunday lunchtime, I think to myself, they really want their work, the customers and the system catering of the big golden M. It is best for this branch manager and his employees to go down to the basement for a laugh. The same behavior for customers who came before me, but also for customers who came after me. I took the time to observe especially. I usually always tip, but this branch sees me after the same situation three times, no more. The Sulzemoos location has to be a very special one so that the service treats its customers that way.

Often something is missing from the order or wrong items in the bag. 😡 I just bought something, the man can't count up to 2 !? Ordered 2 fries, come home and only one is in the bag 😡😡😡Very annoying

Unfriendly staff Although you could order a mc menu with a glass of your choice at the terminal, there was none. I politely asked if you might have forgotten to put one in front of me Then I got just a pissed off "there is no more" with a snappy look and a shrug as if the person is not interested but only bothered why I want my glass as listed in the order That was the last time I'll eat here

Well done to the team here. Mid corona crisis and they still maintain the quality and fast delivery you’d expect from a decent McDonald’s joint. Drove in half starving, grabbed a burger and left in under 5 minutes. 10/10 They still are open, you can walk in and order, the auto cashier service still works. It’s takeaway only so no dining anywhere to eat!Restrooms are still open and are decently maintained, but 1 person at a time only. Drive through is still of course active and the preferred option for most people.

Pooh We ordered a milkshake that had a strange color at first and I said it looked strange but it only said is vanilla When I tried it in the car, it tasted like coffee and could still exchange it Dan realized too late that all burgers were cold And the nuggets were totally mushy and sucked in fat you couldn't eat ... inedible

Clean and McDonald's employees are very friendly. Accidentally stranded there ......... the hunger has reported. As in all other branches, the food is of the same quality as usual for McDonalds

It's good for a quick meal, otherwise too many guests from the Autobahn.

Ample parking and sitting spaces with clean toilets. Quick service with all staff also fluent in English. A nice rest stop on the way to München from Stuttgart or vice versa

I found everything very quickly and easily !! Everything is great, thank you. It was a pleasure!!!

For months it has not been possible to pay by card directly at the self-service terminal. Each time you have to make the cumbersome detour via the cash register.

When ordering to take away again no sauces included although we should have got 6 sauces. So always check immediately

Service the last, were totally overwhelmed. And nobody spoke German properly. Didn't understand each other, forgot half of our order and had to order again at the checkout and wait.

I'm very disappointed, this Mc Donald's has really changed to the disadvantage. German is barely understood, the staff reacted very unfriendly to questions and requests and it was then obviously pummeled in front of the customer in the national language of the staff. Cleanliness - is already an issue for the staff!

This is the most unfriendly McDonald’s ever. All employees are very aggressive and don't even understand German properly ... And the Coke is just water and you don't get the correct information and whenever you say something the employees complain

Please continue. We have seldom seen such a bad McDonalds. Unfriendly staff. Tables, floors and seats dirty. I don't even want to talk about the toilets. Really gross there

Very dirty wc. Not enough personal, many dirty tables! I got a spoon with fingerprint!

It is best to continue. The restaurant does not have breakfast. It opens at 9:00 a.m. and the toilet was not cleaned. It wasn't toilet paper, dirty, and the remains of yesterday's bowel movements were still there. Unfortunately there is also a lack of friendliness and lactose-free milk. Just keep going if you don't have to.

Fast service as always, despite a small criticism there are 5 stars. Criticism is, I ordered a coffee and wanted extra milk (no condensed milk). I was advised that I should have ordered me coffee. If I want a Michkaffee then I order it too. I know that a Michkaffee (with 75% milk content) is subject to a different VAT of 7%. However, I wanted coffee with milk, that is a huge difference (yes also in VAT 19%) so dear McD team, be so nice and just make people like me happy. Just as it worked out in the end. 👍 Therefore there are 6 *

On request, we were allowed to take our big dog to the outdoor courts. A nice gentleman came as a matter of course with a large bowl of fresh water. About this service and the friendliness we were very happy. Many thanks to the nice team!
